The Gujarati Samaj of North Atlanta (GSONA), founded in 2024 and incorporated in the state of Georgia, is an independent, not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to serving the needs of the Gujarati and Hindu Community at large in North Atlanta.

Membership Rights and Responsibilities:

Becoming a member of GSONA signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of the rights and responsibilities associated with membership. Members are entitled to participate in the activities, events, and initiatives organized by GSONA, subject to the rules and regulations established by the organization. Members are also encouraged to contribute their skills, resources, and ideas towards the betterment of the community.

Non-Liability Clause:

While GSONA endeavors to provide a safe and conducive environment for its members and participants, individuals engaging in GSONA activities acknowledge and accept any associated risks. GSONA shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during participation in GSONA-sponsored events or activities.

Membership Renewal:

Memberships renew at the beginning of the calendar year at which time your early membership is due. If your annual membership due is not paid, your membership will be terminated.

Membership Termination:

GSONA reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates the organization’s bylaws, code of conduct, or engages in conduct detrimental to the mission and objectives of GSONA. Membership termination shall be at the discretion of the Board of Directors, with due process afforded to the member in question.

Modification of Disclaimer:

GSONA reserves the right to modify or update this membership disclaimer as deemed necessary. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in GSONA activities constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
